EC77 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "EC77" refers to the online gaming and betting platform accessible at ec77.wine, including all associated sub-pages, features, games, and services.
• "Player" means any registered individual who holds an active account on EC77 and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on EC77, through which the Player accesses games, places bets, deposits and withdraws funds.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in a Player's EC77 account, including real money deposits and any eligible bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or matching bonus issued by EC77 to a Player's account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposited directly by the Player from their own financial sources, excluding any bonus amounts.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means the full range of features available on EC77, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, Ludo games, fishing games, card games, jackpot slots, and promotional programmes.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on EC77.

To register and use EC77, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. EC77 will not knowingly allow any person under the age of 18 to open an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, and agents acting on behalf of third parties are not eligible to hold EC77 accounts.
• You must register using your own accurate personal details. Creating an account using another person's identity, whether real or fictitious, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close relative of any of the above of EC77 or any of its affiliated partners or game providers.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify their local legal position before registering on EC77.

Each Player may hold only one account on EC77. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances within them.

When registering on EC77, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full name, mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your EC77 account credentials, including your password. EC77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You should immediately notify EC77 customer support if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.

EC77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for that refusal.

EC77 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and linked bank account)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet and linked bank account)
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Bank Transfer via IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit amount on EC77 is Rs 200. There is no processing fee charged by EC77 on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside EC77's control.

Deposits are credited to your EC77 account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. In the vast majority of cases this is immediate. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, please contact EC77 customer support with your transaction reference number.

You may only deposit funds from payment sources that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to other individuals is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Players may request withdrawal of their real money balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. EC77's target processing time for standard withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash is under five minutes from request confirmation.

The minimum withdrawal amount on EC77 is Rs 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the EC77 account. EC77 does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have satisfactory identity verification on file if requested.
• Your withdrawal request must not include any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.
• Your account must not be under investigation for suspected breach of these Terms.
• If you have deposited via bank card, a minimum amount equivalent to your initial card deposit must first be returned to the same card before alternative withdrawal methods are used.

EC77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts. These checks are conducted to protect the platform and its players from financial fraud and money laundering. Players are required to cooperate with any such checks.

Large jackpot winnings above Rs 5,00,000 are processed personally by EC77's dedicated payments team, who will contact the winning player directly to confirm the withdrawal process. EC77 has a strong and unbroken track record of paying all legitimate winning withdrawals in full.

EC77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to both new and existing players. Participation in any EC77 bonus or promotion is entirely voluntary. All bonuses issued by EC77 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of issuance, which form part of this Agreement.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your EC77 account. Real money funds are used first for bets unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each EC77 promotion is limited to one per household, device, IP address, and payment method unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• EC77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount that was issued in error or claimed in violation of promotional terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus funds not used within the stated period will be removed from the account automatically.
• EC77 monitors for bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to convert bonus funds without genuine gameplay. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses removed and may be closed.

EC77 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports, including cricket, PSL, football, and other events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on EC77:

• Bets placed on EC77 are binding once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player unless EC77 specifically provides a cash-out option for that market.
• EC77 reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time, including after bets have been placed but before an event concludes, if EC77 has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event may have been compromised.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled bet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error in any odds display on EC77, EC77 reserves the right to void any bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds. EC77 will notify affected players and refund the stake.
• Live in-play betting markets on EC77 are subject to delays inherent in data transmission. EC77 does not accept liability for any disadvantage caused by such delays, which are standard across all live betting platforms.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 24 hours of its scheduled start, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded unless specific settlement rules for the market state otherwise.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and will be displayed in the bet slip. EC77 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet.

EC77 offers a full range of online casino games including jackpot slots, Megaways titles, live dealer games, card games, fishing games, and Ludo. The following conditions apply to all casino game activity on EC77:

• All casino games on EC77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party providers. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by EC77 or any other party.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is publicly stated in the game's information panel. RTPs are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session that prevents the correct completion and settlement of a game round, EC77 will investigate and resolve the matter based on the available game logs. EC77's decision following such investigation is final.
• For Ludo games, the dice roll outcomes are generated by EC77's certified RNG system. EC77's anti-cheat monitoring system operates continuously across all real-money Ludo rooms.
• Private Ludo rooms created by players using EC77's room creation feature are subject to all standard EC77 Ludo game rules. EC77 is not responsible for any disputes between players regarding stakes agreed outside the EC77 platform.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome visible on live video feed. In the event of a dispute, EC77 will review the relevant video footage, and its decision based on that review will be final.

EC77 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, play games, or interact with the EC77 platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players in any game, betting market, tournament, or promotional competition on EC77.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in EC77's systems to gain any unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to EC77 support immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or using insider information to gain an advantage on sports betting markets.
• Systematic exploitation of promotions in bad faith, including creating multiple accounts, using virtual private networks to disguise identity or location, or any other form of bonus farming.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the EC77 platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that were legitimately used for gameplay on EC77.

EC77 employs dedicated fraud detection and anti-cheating systems that monitor all platform activity continuously. If any prohibited conduct is detected, EC77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, freeze accounts, and report activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

EC77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity, all of which can be accessed or requested through the EC77 account settings or customer support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your EC77 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your access to EC77 for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your EC77 account. Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. EC77 will not market to you during any active self-exclusion.
• Reality Check: EC77 provides pop-up notifications at regular intervals showing your current session duration and net gaming balance.

EC77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering on EC77, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

EC77 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all player account data and financial transactions. We do not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or operational necessity.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by EC77, subject to legal retention requirements. Such requests should be directed to EC77 customer support.

EC77's services are provided on an "as available" basis. While EC77 makes every effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or that all data will be transmitted without delay or interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EC77's total liability to any Player for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

EC77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the EC77 platform, regardless of whether EC77 was advised of the possibility of such loss.

EC77 is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, from unauthorised account access caused by the Player's own actions or inactions, or from the Player's breach of these Terms.

EC77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time if EC77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or subsequently.
• The Player's account has been used for any form of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purpose.
• The Player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Continuing to allow the account to remain active would place EC77 in breach of any legal or regulatory obligation.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons outside the Player's control, EC77 will process a full refund of any real money balance to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting EC77 customer support. Any real money balance will be refunded. Any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will be cancelled and the bonus funds removed.

EC77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, EC77 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of EC77 after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any proposed changes to these Terms, you should stop using EC77 and request the closure of your account before the effective date of the changes. EC77 will refund any real money balance in full in such circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and EC77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
